There is currently only 1 FDA approved treatment for HS, which is Humira by AbbVie.  There are many "off label" treatments, meaning they are not approved by the FDA for the treatment for HS, but are commonly used in the treatment of HS.

 

The good news is that there is an extraordinary amount of research being done in the world of HS currently and so many treatments coming down the pipeline that have already completed clinical trials and will be coming to market in 2023 and 2024 and also many more that will be developed and entering clinical trials in the near future as well.  The future of HS treatment is bright.  Read more about your treatment options and treatment journey here.
